Our Shipping Policies

Shipping Methods

  • Flat Rate shipping applies to the continental US.
  • UPS only offers 2 Day service to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Orders will ship the same day M-F, if placed before 3pm MST time. Some exceptions may apply.
  • FisherTools.com is not responsible for weather related, or carrier related incidents.
  • All orders shipped within Arizona will be charged state sales tax.

Flat Rate Shipping

Items over 50lbs or that are heavy, large, or bulky may not qualify for flat rate shipping. Should this happen, you will be called regarding your order and we will work with you to complete the order.

Shipping Times

All orders received by 3pm Arizona time (in which all ordered items are available in-stock) will most likely be shipped out the same day. The current shop time is: 10:24 am

International Shipping

FisherTools.com only ships to the United States, we are currently unable to ship internationally.

Mail-in Rebates

For your convenience, FishersTools.com does its best to advertise any current rebates on our web site. Any use of these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding rebate terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into states where we have or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore all orders shipping to Arizona will be charged applicable sales tax according to the tax rate for the area our warehouse is located in. Please note that the sales tax for Arizona orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, NOT including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by the city of Tempe is currently 8.1%.

UPS only offers 2Day or overnight services to Hawaii and Alaska. If you have selected UPS Saver as your preferred shipping option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method will default to 2Day and you will subsequently be charged accordingly.

In-Store Pickup Policy

If you would rather pick up the merchandise instead of having it shipped, Fisher Tools offers in-store pickup to local Arizona resident, weekdays from 6am-4pm. Upon checkout, just select the ‘Instore Pickup’ checkbox on the Shipping Address page and enter the name of who will be picking up your merchandise. After you have continued with check out, you will receive an email when your items are ready to be picked up.

We require legal identification for pick-up which can be the in the form of a driver’s license, state issued ID, or passport. Please be prepared to show this information upon arrival at our Tempe showroom before coming to pick up the item(s) you have purchased.
