How do I check on the status of a ticket once I've submitted it?

In order to check on the status of any submitted tickets, log into your account, and on your home page under 'Your Account at a Glance', there is a link called Open/Closed Tickets that you can click on. You can view any outstanding or resolved tickets that you've submitted from there.
