What happens if my order gets damaged during shipping?


If you notice that your package looks damaged upon arrival, refuse to accept the package and have UPS return it immediately. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition once you have opened the package, log into your account on our website and fill out an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request form. If it is approved, we will cover the cost of returning and replacing the damaged merchandise.
